Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a commission-based incentive structure.

Job Description
The Bioindustry Territory Growth Manager will lead commercial activities in the Bay Area, CA, partnering with customers to contribute to company goals and customer needs. Key responsibilities include developing key customers, increasing the assigned territory's customer base, building relationships, and providing all-around support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial activities through customer-facing visits, presentations, phone calls, and emails as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to develop and execute territory sales plans.
  • Extend and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Communicate technical information to customers.
  • Work with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support, and other departments.
  • Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events as necessary.
  • Travel within the territory 40-50% of the time.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the bioindustry, developing, manufacturing, or using recombinant proteins.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a Master's degree or higher in a related field, previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, and knowledge of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams. A passion for promoting company initiatives and driving success is essential.
