Strategic Territory Growth Specialist

How You'll Drive Strategic Growth:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Territory Growth Specialist to lead business growth in the Midwest territory. This key role will drive revenue expansion, increase market share, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and identify new business opportunities. In this position, you will execute the sales go-to-market strategy and collaborate with channel partners to apply a hands-on approach to driving sales and channel functions. Residence within the territory is required, with a preference for the Missouri area.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working with IT and/or networking and wireless products, enabling valuable business outcomes through technology insights.
- Built professional relationships (up to executive level) with clients and prospects to gain a comprehensive understanding of their unique business needs.
- Prospected and nurtured growth opportunities using the account planning process, actively managing planning processes through regular reviews and updates.
- Developed and executed a territory account plan, collaborating with partners and internal specialists to boost win rates.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Cultivated relationships with our channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers.
- Exhibited deep knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process.
- Proficient in forecast methodologies and provided weekly updates.
- Excellent time management skills and worked independently with high levels of autonomy.
- Ability to manage excellent Sales Force hygiene.
- Thorough understanding and ability to meet KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven track record in sales, technical sales, or related field.
- Technical aptitude of IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings as well as competitive offerings.
- A self-starter mentality with a willingness to receive coaching and mentoring.
- A positive track record of delivering and overachieving revenue goals.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences including C-level executives in small and large group settings.
- Proficient in MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English language is a must.
This strategic role offers an estimated salary range of $112,500.00 - $170,000.00, considering factors such as benchmarking, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Eligibility for paid holidays, vacation, and other leave options also applies.
