We are in search of an innovative Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef to lead our pastry operations. This role is hands-on and requires a strong background in pastry production. Position Overview

  • The Pastry Chef will oversee the creation and execution of seasonal menus, daily specials, and event-specific offerings.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary management within a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
  • A strong passion for French cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Commitment to excellence in food quality, preparation, and presentation.
  • A dedication to providing memorable dining experiences for all guests.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining respect for colleagues.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and availability for full-time commitments.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment.
