Oiji Hospitality, renowned for its Michelin-starred establishments, is in search of a dedicated pastry line cook. This role involves both service and production responsibilities for our esteemed venues, Oiji Mi and bōm, which feature a chef's counter tasting menu.

We seek an individual who embodies a positive mindset and possesses a strong desire to develop within a prestigious culinary environment. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef in various tasks, including:

  • Recipe testing
  • Pastry plating
  • Chocolate work
  • Dough preparation

Full-time availability is essential, along with 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably within Michelin-rated or New York Times starred restaurants.
