Position Overview

  • The Pastry Chef will be tasked with crafting and executing seasonal menus, daily specials, and event-specific offerings.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years in culinary management within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
  • A deep knowledge and passion for French cuisine.
  • A commitment to excellence in food quality, preparation, and presentation.
  • A dedication to being part of a team that aims to provide memorable experiences for all patrons.
  • The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining respect for colleagues.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a collaborative spirit and an understanding of effective training practices.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours.
  • Physical ability to stoop, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods, as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment.
