Regional Sales Consultant
We are seeking an individual who thrives on embracing new challenges and has a track record as a successful Senior Living Sales contributor. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to 'make things happen,' effectively troubleshoot, and collaborate with other sales leaders and our regional sales team. This role involves coaching, supporting, and working alongside communities within our ownership group. We are in search of a dynamic personality motivated by performance-based rewards.
This role necessitates travel and a flexible schedule to deliver the required support. As our Regional Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with executive directors and regional sales & marketing leaders to enhance occupancy rates at our communities. You will serve as a proactive, hands-on sales manager when necessary to boost occupancy, focusing on conducting tours, managing leads in our CRM, and overseeing the overall database. This position will involve travel from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
· Passion for working with seniors
· Minimum of 2 years of solid experience with CRM databases
· A sales expert capable of converting cold leads into successful sales
· At least 2 years of experience in a senior living community or as part of a senior living sales support team
· Independent thinker, self-motivated, and eager to develop a department
· Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
· A flexible, energetic individual, adept at managing diverse personalities while demonstrating kindness and professionalism in all work-related interactions
· Willingness to travel for the role
· A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) is preferred
