- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be proficient in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams with little to no prior experience in the role.
- Criminal Background: Must not have any felony convictions.
- Licensing: Eligibility to be licensed through the Department of Insurance of California.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to visit all managed stores regularly.
- Industry Experience: Experience in insurance sales, tax services, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
