COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Our sales professionals receive a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00, with the potential to earn commissions that elevate total earnings to approximately $22.95 per hour or $47,636 annually. High achievers in this position can earn upwards of $60,000.
  • Eligible employees may also receive complimentary internet, television, and phone services, subject to certain conditions.

ROLE DETAILS
This is a full-time, entry to mid-level sales position that emphasizes growth and advancement within the retail sales environment. Our Retail Sales Consultants are proactive, tech-savvy communicators with a drive to excel and develop professionally. Experience in wireless sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets, particularly in wireless products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Engage customers through informative product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, pricing, promotions, and services offered by Global Jupiter and competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for effective communication.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • 1 to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.
  • Experience in commissioned sales and retail.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
