Sales Consultant Role
This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with both pre-qualified homeowners and potential clients you connect with through your own initiatives.
While we provide a comprehensive pre-qualification process to generate leads, we seek sales consultants who are driven and proactive in their lead generation efforts. We believe that your personal initiative, combined with our established system, will place you in an optimal position for success.
Your primary focus will be on sales and relationship building. We manage everything from order processing to post-sale support. We expect you to learn our training process and product offerings within your first 90 days, adhere to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who genuinely require our services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
  • Engage in ongoing sales training during our weekly meetings
  • Utilize our proprietary iPad software to design new bath solutions
  • Provide pricing and close sales on a daily basis
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Confidence and poise in public speaking
  • Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social environments
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
