Key Responsibilities:- Manage and Oversee Operations: Lead and direct the daily operations of multiple office locations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
- Drive Sales Performance: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all branches are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring a secure business environment.
- Develop Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving productivity.
- Conduct Site Visits: Regularly visit all managed stores to ensure alignment with corporate goals, provide guidance, and address any concerns.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams with little to no prior experience in the role.
- Criminal Background: Must not have any felony convictions.
- Licensing: Eligibility to be licensed through the Department of Insurance of California.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to visit all managed stores regularly.
- Insurance Experience: Experience in insurance sales, tax services, or a related field is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
