THE ROLE OF A MEDIA SALES CONSULTANT
As a Media Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving our success. We offer a comprehensive onboarding process that equips you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn an attractive base salary along with unlimited commission potential.

COMPENSATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions
- First-year earning potential ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, with average earnings reaching $85,000 thereafter
- Flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site with clients, with occasional travel required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in high-volume outbound calls to sell digital and print advertising to small and medium-sized businesses within your designated territory.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, creating urgency to secure new business opportunities.
- Foster and expand customer relationships with an entrepreneurial approach, supported by a well-established organization.

- A strong desire for consistent success and a proactive approach to building connections.
- Comfort in a high-volume calling environment, understanding that persistence leads to success.
