Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Solstice Senior Living, LLC. As a Divisional Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving occupancy growth and revenue at our senior living communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive directors and regional sales & marketing directors to develop and implement sales strategies that drive occupancy growth and revenue.
  • Travel to our communities to provide hands-on support and coaching to sales teams, with a focus on tours and lead management.
  • Manage our CRM database to track leads, sales performance, and community occupancy.
  • Collaborate with our regional sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our communities, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in senior living sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving occupancy growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our communities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM database management and sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of senior living industry trends and best practices.
