  • Store Presentation and Operations
    • Ensure the store is presented in a professional and attractive manner
    • Manage incoming calls, leads, and customer interactions
  • Marketing and Social Media
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive store traffic and revenue
    • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our brand

Requirements

  • Language Skills
    • Must be proficient in Spanish
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication, people, and negotiating skills
