We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following opportunity:

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Roger, AR (Onsite required)

Contract Duration: Initial 1-month (with potential for extension)

Role Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering detailed forecasting, managing client and sales interactions, overseeing order and inventory processes, and performing various analytical tasks. This position demands robust analytical capabilities, sound business acumen, and proficient communication skills to assist senior leadership, sales teams, and clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Forecasting Responsibilities:

  • Construct independent models for item-level forecasting and analysis, taking into account factors such as overall consumer demand forecasts, product history, inventory status, and marketing initiatives.
  • Generate point-of-sale forecasts based on seasonal trends, planned promotions, distribution strategies, and pricing.
  • Compile reports and analyses for senior management to convey and monitor business performance and objectives.

Client & Sales Engagement:

  • Engage daily with account planning analysts to coordinate inventory, order management, and forecasting.
  • Facilitate regular collaborative sessions with sales teams, buyers, and inventory analysts.
  • Create presentations for business review sessions and other ad hoc needs.

Order and Inventory Oversight:

  • Provide recommendations for domestic and direct import orders and generate store-level order suggestions to optimize stock levels.
  • Monitor and assess item-level inventory metrics.

Ad Hoc Analytical Support:

  • Produce reports as needed to assist the sales team, address customer requirements, and fulfill other business objectives.
