Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination of both internal and external teams to ensure a seamless workflow
  • Formulate strategic plans for capital expenditures and significant project upgrades
  • Manage improvement initiatives from conception through to installation and commissioning
  • Collaborate with technical engineers and operational staff to integrate innovative technologies and enhance existing systems
  • Accountable for project budgeting, scheduling, and expenditure approvals, while analyzing variances and implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Foster a collaborative environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Make informed decisions promptly and utilize resources efficiently
Your Qualifications
  • Experience in planning maintenance schedules and supervising contractors to achieve installation objectives
  • Proven reliability in attendance, task completion, and adaptability to meet organizational needs
  • Proficient in contemporary design and project management software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or engineering management, preferably within heavy industry
  • A commitment to safety, with suggestions for enhancing workplace safety for yourself and others
Educational Background
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience is required.
