Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of both internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Formulate strategic capital expenditure plans and supervise significant projects and equipment enhancements
  • Lead improvement initiatives from conception through to implementation
  • Work closely with technical engineers and operational staff to integrate new technologies
  • Monitor project budgets and assess variances as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling maintenance work and overseeing contractors to meet installation objectives
  • Reliability in attendance and task completion
  • Familiarity with design and project management software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or engineering management, ideally within heavy industry
  • A strong emphasis on workplace safety

Educational Background

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience
