About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update vendor files to include all required documentation
  • Handle all vendor correspondence and monitor accounts payable email
  • Prepare weekly checks, EFTs, and bank transfers to ensure invoices are properly funded
  • Provide management with audit support for internal and external audits
  • Assist in year-end 1099 generation and reconciliation
  • Request and maintain files for vendor insurance certificates and W-9 forms
  • Perform other fiscal duties as requested by the Purchasing & Payables Manager
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Experience in an Accounts Payable role and/or non-profit accounting preferred
  • Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and PaperSave a plus
