Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Utilize QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2022 to manage financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and ensure timely payments.
- Accounting Tasks: Efficiently manage journal entries, understand debits and credits, and make adjustments as needed.
- Payroll and Reporting: Assist in weekly payroll activities, generate accounting reports, and provide critical financial insights for executive analysis and strategic planning.
- Accounting Principles: Strong knowledge of accrual-based accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is essential.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Demonstrate reliability and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting and 2 years of Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks experience preferred). Payroll experience would be helpful.
