Position Overview

The Regional Sales Trainer for the Northeastern region plays a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of The Good Feet Sales team. This position is responsible for developing, leading, and managing a comprehensive training and development program, including an engaging onboarding experience for new team members.

Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Trainer, you will:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are smoothly integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools for success.
  • Conduct regular New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Design, organize, and develop training materials and programs tailored to meet specific training needs.
  • Provide updates and training-related communications to leadership.
  • Collaborate with managers and district managers to assess and address the training needs of the organization.
  • Create visually engaging training content that aligns with learning objectives.
  • Support training initiatives related to the opening of new store locations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, learning and development, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in training, facilitation, and instructional design.
  • A foundational understanding of sales competencies and the ability to train on these concepts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to travel to multiple store locations within the region on a monthly basis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills and Abilities
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • A positive attitude with a proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach.
  • A proven track record of leading organizational change and implementing effective programs.
  • The ability to apply innovative learning principles to develop impactful training sessions.

This role is hybrid, requiring a home office setup that is quiet and free from interruptions, with a minimum internet download speed of 20 Mbps.
