Regional Sales Representative

Job Summary:The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding business by identifying and developing new opportunities within the designated region for our company's products. This includes overseeing and nurturing relationships with current clients to drive growth, handling relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships, and providing regular updates on sales activities to leadership.

- Identify purchasing patterns, evaluate customer needs, and foster strong client relationships.
- Initiate customer inquiries, follow through, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop proposals, adjust market pricing, assess conditions, and align with company guidelines.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend the most suitable product solutions.
- Contribute to evaluating market size and growth potential.
- Enhance visibility of products and the company within the market.
- Increase the rate of successful sales conversions.
- Share sales performance data with management to support future sales planning.
- Assess the necessity of participation in local trade shows.
- Monitor the status of ongoing project quotes and maintain CRM updates.
- Manage sales operations within the allocated budget, including travel, marketing initiatives, and product samples.
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution.
- Advanced Business or Economics Degree a plus.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry.
- Proven sales records in selling process equipment.
