Global Communication Strategist for Amazon's Logistics Team

Job DescriptionThe Global Communication Strategist will be responsible for leading the communication efforts of our Logistics Team, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are informed and aligned with our goals and objectives. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support business objectives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Create compelling and engaging content to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to inform future strategy and improvements
- 2+ years of experience in communication or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies
- Strong understanding of logistics and customer service principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing projects
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
LocationThis role is based in the United States, with locations available in Austin, Nashville, Seattle, and Arlington. The successful candidate will be required to work out of one of these locations.
