Digital Marketing Strategist, Global Campaigns

The Digital Marketing Strategist will collaborate cross-functionally to develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies at scale. This role creates integrated customer journeys that effectively reach and engage audiences to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of Global Campaign offerings, demand generation assets, and content.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead various aspects of operational planning for global programs, including defining priorities, recommended investment plans, and functional goals
• Drive the design of customer lifecycle experiences from look/feel, to content flow, to user experience
• Collaborates with internal managers, in-region Field teams, external agencies, PMM, and other internal stakeholders to create the best experiences for AWS customers
• Own and implements the targeting and segmentation for campaigns
• Develop and execute test plans across all channels to most effectively engage customers within channels
• Incorporate available tools, technology platforms, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and reporting, and make data-driven optimizations

Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in multi-territory campaign management
• Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
