At Amazon Web Services, we're seeking a skilled Cloud Transformation Strategist to join our Worldwide Public Sector Nonprofit Business team.

As a Cloud Transformation Strategist, you'll work closely with nonprofit organizations to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business value and accelerate their cloud transformation journey. Your expertise in cloud fundamentals, project management, and effective communication will enable you to navigate the complexities of cloud adoption and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Value Realization: You'll identify and accelerate the realization of value for our customers throughout the cloud lifecycle, leveraging AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices.

Enablement: You'll help customers achieve cloud readiness, fluency, and skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other initiatives.

Governance: You'll establish and mature operating models and structures to drive scale and long-term success, applying AWS frameworks and mechanisms.

A Day in the Life: As a Cloud Transformation Strategist, you'll balance your time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal AWS teams, and services to help our customers succeed in the cloud.

You'll work across AWS to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex technology problems and drive business outcomes for our customers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience driving customer initiatives, including 3+ years of customer-facing experience, leveraging technology to deliver projects.

Experience in project management and delivery, and/or program management.

Demonstrated technical breadth in AWS and/or cloud fundamentals.

Effective communication skills, including progress updates, risk management, execution planning, metrics establishment/tracking, presentations, technical content, public speaking, and white papers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in external customer-facing roles within nonprofit organizations, nonprofit healthcare, or supporting one of those verticals within a technology provider.

AWS certification(s) and/or other cloud provider certification(s).

1+ years of experience implementing AWS/cloud services.

PMP or project management-related certification (SCRUM/Agile, Prince2, PgMP, Six Sigma, SAFe, etc.).

Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market.
