Compensation:

$75,000 annual commission-based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Implement innovative strategies to finalize sales

  • Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Capable of upselling and cross-selling to current clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to devise strategies to secure deals and maximize earnings
  • Possess strong verbal and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service
  • Act independently while collaborating with other sales personnel
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the packaging sector
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness to travel statewide
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a sales team
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience in cold calling is preferred
