Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Center team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process a variety of requests, including payments, transfers, inquiries, and research.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of bank products and services to effectively assist members.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products is necessary.
  • Six months of customer service experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of banking experience, including knowledge of banking products and services.
  • One year of customer service/call center experience.
