We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the Rogers Agency.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire for growth and development.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting with individuals to recommend supplemental insurance solutions that meet their needs.
We offer an extensive training program, both in the classroom and in the field, as well as industry-leading compensation packages.
A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required for this position.
