Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Global Resources. As a key member of our consulting services division, you will play a crucial role in helping small to medium-sized businesses achieve growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of executive, sales, or business ownership experience, with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business owners, senior management, and boards of directors.

A four-year degree is preferred but not required. We offer a comprehensive training program, full benefits package, and a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, plus commissions. This is a fully commissioned employee position with significant earning potential.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing small to medium-sized businesses, determining the financial impact of ownership decision-making, corporate structure, business planning, and industry benchmarking. You will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
