Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $50,000 year one (based on 45 hours per week)
  • $55,833 year two
  • $61,167 year three

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Identifying, addressing, and correcting any customer concern or dissatisfaction
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment to ensure a positive visit for every customer
  • Managing daily operations, leading and managing team to meet customer expectations
  • Coordinating daily store production through planning and execution
  • Ensuring store is opened and staffed correctly, closing procedures followed, and all assets secured
  • Maintaining high service standards by managing quality and customer service standards
  • Responding to and effectively resolving customer and employee concerns and issues
  • Performing regular audits to ensure the store meets appearance and safety standards

You will also lead, manage, and supervise employees, providing daily direction and coaching to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A current and valid driver's license
  • An associate's degree or above, or at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in retail or hospitality settings
  • Professional sales experience, military leadership, or equivalent experience
  • Availability to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekends and holidays)
  • A minimum age requirement of 16 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

This role requires physical stamina, as you will work outdoors year-round, exposed to varying temperatures, sunshine, wet weather, humidity, gasoline, and exhaust fumes. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, drive vehicles, and reach above and below shoulder level.
