Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, gross profit objectives, and assigned goals, demonstrating your expertise in sales management.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional representation and support, ultimately enhancing their profitability.
- Sales Strategy: Prepare thoroughly for each sales interaction, ensuring a proactive and effective approach.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and comprehensively to client inquiries, delivering outstanding service at every opportunity.
- Industry Participation: Actively engage in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events to deepen your industry knowledge.
- Professional Integrity: Maintain the highest ethical standards, embodying professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems and supplies is highly desirable, positioning you for success in this dynamic role.
- Skills and Competencies: Exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, consistently meeting deadlines and surpassing expectations.

- Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record, reflecting a commitment to safety and responsibility.
