Position Summary
We are seeking a sales representative to join our Laboratory sales team in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with all departments within the hospital laboratory. This sales team focuses on Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.
- Drive sales growth across all laboratory product categories.
- Collaborate with acute care representatives and Integrated Delivery Network market directors within your designated region.
- Deliver sales presentations for Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives.
- Meet established sales growth objectives.
- Develop a consistent call cycle with key decision-makers.
- Manage and nurture existing business while introducing new products to expand market presence.
- Conduct extensive cold calling to identify and pursue new account opportunities.
- Approach your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset and franchise mentality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience, showcasing a background in cold calling and full-cycle sales, or at least 5 years of similar experience.
- Proven track record of sales growth and quota achievement.
- Ability to present multiple product lines effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Stable employment history.
- Capability to work independently.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in laboratory consumables and capital equipment sales is preferred.
- Due to the nature of this outside sales role, the ability to drive a vehicle, travel extensively, and interact with healthcare providers on-site is essential.
