About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Willow Springs Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Lead sales and business development efforts to expand our services and reach new markets
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in healthcare marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
