Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables, requiring the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery with multiple teams

  • Manage program risk and compliance to standards
  • Ensure delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
Requirements
  • 3-5 years prior project management experience
  • 3-5 years experience with ITSM/Remedy
  • Working familiarity with JIRA and Agile View
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners
  • Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed
  • Strong risk and governance mindset
  • Process design, remediation, and improvement skills
  • Project Management skills and disciplines
  • Strong relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus, and resolve conflicts timely
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a cross-functional team
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively
  • Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and positive – especially under pressure
  • Ability to navigate enterprise, research, and resource information across the bank
Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting and participating in technology change efforts in project manager role
  • 3-5 years of experience as a network or systems engineer delivering infrastructure services such as DNS, Load Balancing, Data Connectivity, Firewall, etc.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • Visio and process mapping
  • Working familiarity with PPRT for program and project management
  • Working familiarity with PCM for initiative financial management
  • Working experience with ServiceNow
Work Environment

This role is based in the United States and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
