The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing gaps within the business by conducting thorough data analysis and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Business Transformation projects within the Operations division.
- Formulate and execute strategic phased approaches and adoption plans to align with the company's priorities and objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their requirements and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to devise effective solutions.
- Develop and uphold project documentation in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
- Guide and mentor team members on project management methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deliver timely financial performance and forecasting reports, working closely with business and financial project managers.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiencies and minimize costs.
- Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage coordination and execution at both strategic and detailed levels across multiple teams and projects.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in program and project management, with practical experience from project initiation to implementation utilizing formal methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management, procurement, and finance systems such as MS Project, Ariba On Demand, and SAP.
