Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Supervise construction contractor project activities and ensure conformance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspection and Reporting: Conduct daily inspections, prepare detailed reports, and perform complex quantity and engineering computations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and project teams.
- Quality Control: Verify and approve contractor-submitted materials, components, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- Experience: Four years of field inspection experience working on complex civil construction projects.
- Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyze and evaluate engineering and construction issues.
- Certifications: NICET HCI Level IV, CCM, PE, or EIT certification.
