Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

Primary Duties:

Accompanies or meets with Technicians at designated sites to aid in service operations Adheres to the instructions given by Service Technicians to facilitate product repairs, which may include assisting with lifting and handling tools Transports parts and materials to Technicians as needed Assists with inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, receiving, and shipping Completes tasks related to fleet management, including preparing vehicles for new employees, transporting fleet vehicles, conducting inspections, and preparing vehicles for decommissioning and sale Undertakes additional duties as assigned Essential Requirements: Valid Driver's License for the relevant state Must be at least 18 years old Required Skills: Ability to physically assist Service Technicians in handling appliances or equipment requiring repair Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when necessary Capability to manage stressful situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety protocols to protect company and customer assets Effective communication skills with both Service Technicians and customers Proficiency in reading and utilizing reports as necessary Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) processes Consistent attendance and punctuality Strong teamwork skills to achieve high-performance outcomes Excellent customer service abilities Adaptability to change with a quick and effective implementation Positive representation of the company in all actions and behaviors Strong communication and listening skills Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (and occasionally up to 100 lbs) Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, and crawl Competence in driving automatic transmission vehicles Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude
