About the Role

We are seeking an experienced End User Support Specialist to join our team at DMI. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients, ensuring their end-user technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise for Windows and MAC OS-based operating systems, including current and legacy versions.
  • Support standard productivity software, including Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Adobe.
  • Assist with video conference setup, testing, and evaluation.
  • Install, test, and support new and existing software.
  • Configure and deploy MAC and Windows devices.
  • Assist end-users with setting up and configuring MAC and Windows devices.
  • Document all work in ServiceNow, including ticket management and customer communication.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Help Desk/Desktop support experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • General knowledge of MacOS usability in a workplace environment.
  • Understanding of OS-specific differences between Windows and MacOS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A+ certification.
  • Network+ certification.
  • Security+ certification.
