Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Integres. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network software, servers, and utilities
  • Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Maintain our network infrastructure, including Active Directory and server hardware
  • Administer and manage Active Directory for our local site's Organizational Unit
  • Ensure compliance with Office of Enterprise Technology, Maryland Department of Health, and Maryland Department of Information Technology standards, practices, and policies

Requirements:

  • 5 years administering large-scale Active Directory environments
  • 5 years managing and maintaining server hardware and software using Microsoft Server operating systems
  • 3 years providing user and infrastructure support in a Helpdesk/ServiceDesk setting
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
