Attadale Partners, LLC is a consultancy based in Chicago, providing services to a diverse range of clients, including government entities. With 17 years of experience, we tackle some of the most intricate business challenges faced by our clients.

We are currently seeking two entry-level SAP ERP consultants with 2-5 years of relevant experience to contribute to the implementation of the financial and human capital ERP system for a state project. Attadale Partners is not a staffing agency; we are a comprehensive management consultancy offering full-time employment opportunities that provide a unique career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the implemented enterprise management system by developing processes and procedures for tracking tasks, identifying, and resolving issues promptly, collaborating with stakeholders to create milestone schedules and go/no-go criteria.
  2. Analyze design documentation from CMS ACTS/SAP/HCM to verify the accuracy of the proposed solutions and suggest alternatives when necessary.
  3. Monitor functional gaps identified during design sessions and track defects during user acceptance testing, proposing solutions to address these defects.
  4. Review and validate business requirements with the CMS team, analyze business process mapping, and recommend options to align CMS ACTS/SAP/HCM requirements with agency needs.
  5. Coordinate with the CMS team to identify resource needs and provide project status updates to leadership and committees as required.
  6. Facilitate meetings and lead presentations or training sessions for end-users, key managers, and administrators.
  7. Ensure effective change management to transition individuals, teams, and stakeholders to the desired state in CMS ACTS/SAP/HCM.

Qualifications

Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate how they meet the following minimum qualifications:

  1. At least two (2) years of combined experience in training, development, and working in production environments of SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial Management module.
  2. At least two (2) years of experience with the State government budgetary process.
  3. At least two (2) years of experience consulting with a development team to document software bugs and assist in their resolution.
  4. At least two (2) years of combined experience troubleshooting and upgrading SAP software.
  5. At least one (1) year of experience using procurement software integrated with an enterprise financial system.
  6. At least one (1) year of combined experience training, developing, and working in production environments of SAP's Human Capital Management module.
  7. At least one (1) year of experience using SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial Management module to track State government funds and generate reports on financial activities.
  8. At least one (1) year of experience assisting management in ensuring the segregation of duties within SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial Management module.
  9. At least one (1) year of experience in planning, analysis, design, requirement definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
  10. Industry experience in financial/accounting/inventory-asset management within SAP.
