Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales responsibilities for assigned S/4HANA Public accounts, ensuring effective account management strategies and engagement plans.
- Facilitate customer go-live processes in alignment with SAP methodologies, ensuring a smooth transition to a cloud-based environment.
- Enhance customer value by promoting the adoption of features and functionalities, driving increased usage and meeting business outcome goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and product development, to support customer success initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with customer executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support customers in their upgrade cycles, ensuring they maintain a cloud-centric approach and are equipped with the necessary tools for success.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA Cloud or similar ERP solutions.
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record in customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
