Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our Business Technology Platform (BTP) team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and adoption of our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to ensure successful adoption and renewal of SAP BTP solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, and post-launch relationship management.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure they realize maximum value from their BTP investment, including identifying use cases, initiating projects, and driving value realization.
  • Manage the customer renewal process, including opportunity-to-win cycle execution, CRM, pricing, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive customer success and retention.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across multiple practice areas, including Data and Analytics, App Dev and Automation, Integration, and Artificial Intelligence/Intelligent Technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and adapt to unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the IT industry, with a background in software engineering, development management, project/product management, pre-sales, customer engagement, customer success, or preferred care.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Portfolio, including Cloud ERP, HCM, ISBN, and CX.
  • Working knowledge of similar types of Hyperscaler PaaS Solutions, such as MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of cloud commercial topics, including current cloud backlog, cloud contracts, and renewal management.
