Position Overview:
As a Senior Advisor for Enterprise Customer Success focusing on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition at SAP, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Manage post-sales responsibilities for assigned S/4HANA Public accounts, ensuring effective account management strategies and collaboration with the Value Assurance Team to promote customer growth and retention.
2. Guide customers through the go-live process, adhering to SAP's preferred methodologies, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned for a successful transition to the cloud.
3. Enhance customer value realization by promoting the adoption of additional features and functionalities, thereby increasing usage and meeting business objectives.

Expectations:
To excel in this position, you will:
- Develop and execute strategies that align with customer goals and drive rapid value realization.
- Support clients during their upgrade cycles, ensuring they adopt a cloud-centric mindset.
- Establish strong governance frameworks and build relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in S/4HANA Cloud or similar ERP solutions.
- Strong program and project management skills, with a proven track record in customer success.
- Multilingual capabilities are preferred, with proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or French.
