- Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for further engagement.

Expectations:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Develop and implement effective account strategies that drive rapid adoption and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience in S/4HANA Cloud or similar ERP solutions.
- Strong program and project management skills, with a proven track record in customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in English and additional languages being a plus.
