About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive business growth by leading and elevating our remote SDR team. As a key player in our B2B sales strategy, you will manage and develop a team of 15 SDRs based in the Philippines. Your primary focus will be on skill-building, performance optimization, and strategy alignment to enhance your team's effectiveness in cold calling and emailing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance in a remote environment. They should possess exceptional coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing talent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience managing SDRs in a sales or business development role.

As a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure SDR initiatives align with company goals. You will also partner with the recruiting team to identify and hire SDRs who align with our culture and growth objectives.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, with on-target earnings of $180,000 - $200,000. Total compensation offered will depend on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and abilities.
