Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with comprehensive insurance information and advice.
  • Identify and develop new client relationships.
  • Educate clients on HUB's services and value propositions.
  • Assist clients with contracting and necessary documentation.
  • Stay informed about HUB's key partners and their offerings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure clients receive optimal coverage through quoting and follow-up.
  • Provide technical support and product education to clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain updated on industry trends.

Your Qualifications:

You will be a strong candidate if you:

  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance sales, particularly in personal lines.
  • Hold a valid insurance license.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can engage effectively at all levels.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Preferably have a college degree.
