Requirements:

  • Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Follow through and exceed customer expectations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely and professional manner.
