Your Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance information and advice.
- Identify and develop new client relationships.
- Educate clients on HUB's services and value propositions.
- Assist clients with contracting and necessary documentation.
- Stay informed about HUB's key partners and their offerings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure clients receive optimal coverage through quoting and follow-up.
- Provide technical support and product education to clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain current in the industry.
Your Qualifications:
You will excel in this role if you:
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance sales, particularly in personal lines.
- Hold a valid insurance license.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Preferably have a college degree.
