Position Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time - Regular

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Morning Shift)

Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit adaptability in meeting client needs, including document reproduction and logistics management.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in communal areas.
  • Stock refreshment and supply areas as necessary.
  • Conduct inventory checks of office materials, determining when to restock and in what quantities.
  • Handle incoming package deliveries and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Manage material deliveries and maintain orderly storage spaces.
  • Lift and move heavy items, such as boxes and files, as required.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers.
  • Engage in cross-training initiatives.
  • Provide support as needed in various tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Requirements:

  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn new software and applications.
  • Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Consistent adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Commitment to meeting attendance expectations.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Professional demeanor.

Compensation Transparency:

The salary for this role begins at $18.50, with potential variations based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be included in the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position.
