Job Description:

The Director of Growth and Partnerships will lead our growth and business development strategy, managing initiatives to execute the strategy for sustainable growth. This role requires over 15 years of experience in Federal Contracting, with expertise in business development strategy, capture, teaming, and proposal management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage experience to help the company grow and design/implement the growth strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Lead the execution of growth initiatives to support the strategy, including identifying and pursuing actionable growth opportunities.
  • Manage and hold high-performing teams accountable for delivering results.

Growth Strategy and Implementation

  • Lead data-driven growth strategy and strategic planning efforts with the leadership team and growth team.
  • Identify and pursue relevant growth opportunities, areas/domains/services based on current state, research, and trends.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate new growth strategy elements into existing delivery and ongoing growth initiatives.

Partnership and Relationship Building

  • Develop strategic partnership strategy aligned to capture and contracting planning.
  • Connect and build relationships with government leaders and contracting officials in priority Federal agencies and offices.
  • Initiate and connect with key partners across industry in priority domains, services, and agencies to maximize growth.

Capture Management

  • Lead and manage capture strategy, process, and team to include tracking of progress and success of capture initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Capture Team and account leads to drive progress and increase P-WIN throughout the capture process for all corporate opportunities across Divisions.

Contracting Strategy and Management

  • Identify and manage strategic contracting opportunities (i.e., vehicles, Joint Ventures, Mentor-Protege).
  • Coordinate proposal packages for vehicles to support strategic direction and growth opportunities.
  • Develop metrics to track ROI.

Approximate Salary Estimate: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 annually.
