Job Overview
MongoDB is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of MongoDB across our government and public sector customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
* Collect feedback and identify roadblocks from customers to inform internal teams
* Act as the link between customers and product engineering to develop new innovative solutions
* De-escalate and resolve critical customer issues
* Build and execute account plans to drive growth

Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role
* Background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers
* Ability to act with autonomy and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build new processes and practices
* Team player with passion for collaboration

What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary range: $87,000-$172,000 USD
