  • Assist management with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities to enhance operational efficiency and adherence to company protocols.
  • Arrange travel for company personnel and manage travel and expense reporting for executives.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the IT department for equipment allocation and inventory oversight.
  • Support the preparation and execution of necessary documentation for proposals and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an office administration role or similar position.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
