- Compile tax documents for client delivery.
- Utilize Practice Management software to create and oversee projects.
- Scan documents and manage both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supervise office facilities, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.
- Organize office resources, including archiving and maintaining a clean desk policy.
- Assist management with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Coordinate office activities to enhance operational efficiency and adherence to company protocols.
- Arrange travel for company personnel and manage travel and expense reporting for executives.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Collaborate with the IT department for equipment allocation and inventory oversight.
- Support the preparation and execution of necessary documentation for proposals and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Educational background in secretarial studies is advantageous.
- High school diploma required; a BSc/BA in office administration or a related field is preferred.
